Strategy review workshops
Take the necessary time to review your strategy. 40 hours per year (1 hour per week, or 1/2 day per month or 1 day each quarter…). This 360 degrees analysis will look for incoherences in your strategy.
Business transformation follow-up
Acting as or with the Business Transformation Office (BTO), we do a recurrent (every x weeks) review of the execution of your strategic plan. Your assumptions and plan are reviewed. Take advantage of new opportunities and counter new threats. Anticipate risks and issues.

Based on a pragmatic simplification of enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks such as BIZBOK, TOGAF and BTM², the Kainumai methodology delivers the design, documentation and follow-up of your business transformation at C-Level.
The methodology provides various powerful thinking and follow up tools, such as: business canvases, dashboards, strategy documentation and reports, business domain roadmaps (HR, ICT, sales, services delivery, finance…), strategic initiatives budgeting, costs and benefits follow up.
The course can be provided in real life or online (recorded videos).
Strategic Day
Take one day to reflect on your business strategy.
The day starts with an explanation of the "Kainumai Business Strategy" Methodology. This methodology is based on 10 simple steps.
During the day we go through the process for your company.
If you want you can use the Kainumai Business Transformation Tool (KTT) to record your findings, make canvases and produce a report at the end of the day.
You can prepare the day by learning the theory in advance, following the Kainumai Business Strategy Training online.

Strategic Think Week
Take a work week (or 5 days) to define, review, adapt or change your business strategy using the Kainumai approach. Liaise and exchange with your team or other entrepreneurs in a constructive atmosphere.
